The reason that we decided to offer you free shipping AND free returns, is because we are so confident that you'll love your hats just as much as we do that we wanted to make sure you get them in your hands and on your head, without ever having to worry if you made the right decision!
We know how hard online shopping can be, not being able to feel and experience the product you are about to purchase before making your decision.
We want you to be able to put one of our hats in your hands so that you can feel just how luxuriously soft, how smooth and how incredible Yampaca hats really are.
You are able to take advantage of our free returns as long as you are within the first 30 days of delivery. This gives you plenty of time to experience how amazing your new Yampaca hat really is!

Most orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receipt. Please keep in mind that your Yampaca hats are being handcrafted by local artisans here in Colorado. During really busy times it may take 1 or 2 days longer for us to ship your order, but we promise to let you know immediately if our knitters get backed up.
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours: Mon. - Fri. 9:00am - 5:00pm MST, excluding holidays.
You will receive a tracking number on the confirmation e-mail we send you once your order has shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package.
We ship to Canada as well as Worldwide. Please be aware that customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees.
All International orders are shipped via USPS International Express (3-5 business days, not including handling or delays in customs clearance).
